Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I will struggle to fill that appointment time and may have turned clients away.
As a small business, the loss of time and money will be felt keenly.
Milkhouse Therapies kindly ask for 24 hours notice to allow other clients to book in your place. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved treatment amount. ‘No shows’ may be required to prepay for treatments to secure future bookings.
Milkhouse Therapies reserve the right to charge for missed appointments.
In the event that you arrive late for an appointment I will do my utmost to provide the treatment, but I may be under a time constraint. This includes where you have booked multiple treatments.
If you are running late please call me ASAP on 07800 848 018 so I can do my best to make provisions to enable us to carry out all your booked services..
