I use Neal’s Yard throughout my treatments. This range is British and made in Dorset. It started in 1981 in a shop in Covent Garden and has been evolving ever since. The company’s philosophy is based around an organic, ethical and sustainable approach using natural ingredients. I became a consultant for them in July 2020 when I was searching for a range to compliment my holistic approach and haven’t looked back since.

Starting with a refreshing exfoliation with Geraniuim & Orange polish to remove dry skin. and stimulate surface circulation. Then followed with a restful 30 minute massage using the Soothing massage oil. Drift away with this wonderfully restful treatment using the Women's Balance Range to harmonise and balance. Starts with reflexology, then whilst your feet are cocooned in heat, a neck, shoulder & scalp masage. Then a heated eye mask whilst a little hand reflexology completes the ritual... bliss.

I use beautiful copper bowls in the manicure and pedicure, not only stunning to look at, they also have the anti microbial and anti bacterial properties and can help with aching joints. They both start with an exfoliation with the sumptuous Neal’s Yard exfoliator. They also include a deep reflex point massage using one of their beautiful balms or body butters.
Using heated mitts to add warmth and aid absorption of the products. With the option to finish with polish.
